I want nothing more than to help achieve your health and fitness goals - whether you're looking for weight loss or to gain muscle mass, seeking definition, wanting to tone up or simply get active and feel amazing.

Whatever you want to accomplish, I can help you achieve those goals.

I say this because I've been through the whole process myself. I know how hard it can be to get started, stay motivated and change your life.

Only 7 years ago I weighed in at 15 stone. I'm 5 feet and 3 inches tall so that weight caused a lot of pressure on my back, hips, knees and ankles. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my GP referred me to Inspiring healthy lifestyles for an activity programme designed to specifically reduce my weight.

I changed my eating habits and stuck to the exercise plan and now I weigh a healthy 11.4 stone.

Not only do I look much better - I feel great, and that diabetes has been resolved and does not stop me doing anything I want to do.

I was determined through this journey to help others find a way to transform themselves by getting fit and healthy. That's why I chose to become a personal trainer. I know what it's like to ask for help to change, and if you've already joined one of our leisure centres you've already taken a huge step to not only make a huge difference to how you look, but more importantly how you feel.

If I can do it, you can too. I'm proof it can be done.
