I have over 10 years working in the health and fitness industry, and have gained valuable experience working both on a one-to-one basis and in a group environment.

I currently deliver consultations and create specific programmes for a wide range of clients, from absolute beginners straight through to the more experienced exerciser. I also consult with, and create programmes for people that have been referred into exercise from their GP.

I consider myself to be a good all rounder when it comes to helping you to achieve your goals, but my strong point is helping people of all abilities to prepare for distance running, including 5k, 10k and half marathons. 

I am a motivating trainer, and I will always make it my goal to help you achieve your goal. I am very down to earth, approachable, easy going and will always consider your needs.

In my spare time I enjoy running, group exercise, football, music and socialising with friends.

Fitness journey

I started taking fitness seriously when I was 21, I started going to my local gym, and from there I was hooked. I started seeing the results in a short period of time and that motivated me to carry on. Shortly after that I was fortunate enough to get myself a job as a fitness instructor.

Greatest personal training success

My biggest fitness achievement was working with a member who was referred to us by their GP. Within 12 months they had completed a charity 10k run in under an hour.

Who's your ideal client?

I work best with people who want to improve their general fitness and wellbeing. My specialist area is endurance training, specifically long distance running.

Do NOT skip meals - you need calories to burn calories.
