GRIT is a premium 30-minute small group personal training session designed to get you hot under the collar, pushing you to your limits.

There are three different sessions tailored to your needs:

  • GRIT Cardio burns up to 600 calories. It's an explosive workout for extreme fat burn. Better yet, you'll keep burning fat for hours afterwards.
  • GRIT Strength burns around 400 calories and offers a whole new level of muscle training, blasting all major muscle groups to leave you with lean, toned muscle.
  • GRIT Plyo burns around 500 calories. Plyo is based on Plyometrics and builds your powerful, agile, athletic body.

Not only is GRIT amazing for getting in shape but, according to research, it can even help slow down ageing. Research published in the American Journal of Physiology shows that this type of training triggers mitochondrial biogenesis, a decline of which is common in aging.
